Council Nedd II is the bishop of the Chesapeake and the Northeast for the Episcopal Missionary Church. A veteran of Washington politics, Nedd is also a freelance consultant on health care issues and the honorary chairman of In God We Trust (http://www.ingodwetrustusa.org) - a group formed to oppose anti-religious bigotry. He now lives in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.
